I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS: If you can’t find your tickets, the easiest thing to do is to log in then click on Orders at the bottom of the page. You can then click the Print Tickets button for the order of your choice. You can also check your spam box. TROUBLE LOGGING IN (GENERAL RESPONSE) I’m sorry that you are having trouble. I reset your password to check and try using different browser. Please log into your account at www.outhousetickets.com Log in USERNAME : PASSWORD : Search for your event Click the Get Tickets button Check the quantity in your cart Fill out EVERY field on the checkout page Click the Pay Order button Let me know how it goes. We sell tons of tickets every day and haven’t had other people with this issue, so I want to make sure we get it sorted out for you. LOGGED AS GUEST USER/S You logged as Guest User. I just resent the text with all the tickets. Please confirm that you received them. Please log into your account @ www.outhousetickets.com USERNAME: PASSWORD: Scroll down to ORDERS on the bottom left. You can then open/check and print your tickets.
